Foreign Worker Recruitment Services in Canada

Goldman Associates is also a “Foreign Worker Employment Agency“. We are a recruitment agency that help people immigrate to Canada. There are two important ways that we are different from a typical ”Recruitment Agency”.

First, our main client is you, the worker, not the employer. As our client, we will always work for your best interests. We work to place the worker with any suitable employer. We do not usually work to fill jobs from a Canada employer although we do this occasionally. We screen the employer to ensure that they will meet the government requirements to hire a foreign worker.

Second, we only serve foreign workers. We do not serve people who already have permanent residence in Canada.

We help foreign workers find work in all occupations. However, as the labour market changes, we need to focus on different occupations. Currently we have a list of occupations that are in high demand in Canada that we can usually find a job for; and a list of jobs that are generally in low demand in Canada that we usually cannot find a job for. If your work experience is not on either list, then we may be able to help you depending on your specific training and experience.
