Goldman Associates is proud of having helped immigrants come to Canada for over 18 years. We are both an employment agency to match foreign workers with Canadian employers and an immigration law firm. As an immigration law firm we ensure that all applications are thoroughly and accurately prepared, for your optimal success.
Immigration Visa Services Available
There are two steps for this application. First you have to be found eligible to apply. If you are eligible then you are assessed under a point system.

Work Permit
Work permits are issued in different situations. In some cases you may work in Canada without a work permit. In most cases you must have a job offer before you can get a work permit.

Study Permits
In order to get a study permit, you need to be accepted into a program of study. We can help select eligible programs of study and to help you and your spouse/partner a work permit. We can also help you to stay in Canada after you finish your program of study by applying for a work permit or for permanent residence as there are many provincial and federal visas that will allow you to do this.
Investor
An investor application is misnamed. There is no investment. Rather, there is an interest free loan that you give to the government. The government will return your funds after five years without any interest. Your cost is the lost interest that you would have earned if you did not give the loan to the government. You may borrow the funds ($800,000) without providing any security if you use a Canadian financial institution. Other
There are other visa programs available, including the self-employed category, provincial nominee programs and Quebec immigration. We will review your application to see if you are eligible for any of these programs. We can also help with visitor visas, if necessary, as well as refugee applications.

Many jobs require you to be registered in order to work in Canada. In Canada, there is a complicated set of rules that affect registration because registration is done at the provincial level.
