Federal Skilled Worker Program To Remain Closed for those Without Jobs in Canada until Jan 2013
Today the Minister of Immigration announced that they will not accept any new Federal Skilled Worker applications until January 2013 unless the applicant has an approved job offer in Canada. They will also change the rules of the Federal Skilled Worker program when it does reopen.
For skilled workers, this means that it is now more important to get a job in Canada before applying. Goldman Associates helps people to find work and provides other employment related services such as advising about the Canadian labour market, getting licences or trade qualifications for certain jobs, help with creating effective C.V.’s and resumes in Canadian format, interview coaching for the Canadian market, career counselling and other related services.
